On 08/07/2025 between approximately 06:45 and 10:00 ET there has been an interruption in the communication between the Verifiable Platform and Salesforce. The extend of this disruption was limited to callouts to the platform made from "Verifiable Action Requests". These are typically used in Salesforce for background processes and are not noticed directly when using Salesforce. An exception to this is the use of the "Export PDF - Report Builder" functionality as this activity also utilizes one of these background processes. When using this functionality during this time window you might have noticed an error message. This error message might have been misleading as it stated that the provider could not be found, while in reality the Verifiable platform could not be reached. The communication has since been restored and the functionality should behave as normal again.
